1. The service
TuaiSegar provides AI-assisted visual freshness assessment of fruits and vegetables based on images submitted through WhatsApp, together with a Data Confidence Index.
2. Nature of assessments
Assessments are estimates derived from visible characteristics and contextual information. They are decision-support outputs and are not food-safety determinations.
3. Subscriptions
Consumer plans include a monthly assessment allowance that resets each billing period. Placeholder text: billing, renewal and refund terms will be finalised with the payment provider.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to submit images you have the right to share, and not to use the service for unlawful purposes or automated resale of assessments.
5. Availability
The service may be unavailable during maintenance or where third-party messaging services are disrupted.
6. Changes
These terms are placeholder content and may be updated before launch. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers.
TSFI evaluates visible characteristics from submitted images and available contextual information. Results are estimates intended to support purchasing and quality-screening decisions. They do not replace physical inspection, laboratory testing or food-safety assessment.
